About Dr. Riley

Dr. Amanda Riley is a specialist who is passionate about helping patients overcome their foot and ankle issues. She completed her undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated at the top of her class. This motivated her to utilize her engineering skills and apply them in a healthcare setting. Dr. Riley went on to receive her doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine as well as her Master of Public Health from Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine. Dr. Riley’s residency training as Chief Resident was completed at South Nassau Communities Hospital, part of the Mount Sinai Health System, where she received extensive training in minimally invasive surgery, cosmetic surgery, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.

Her philosophy is best described as helping her patients feel confident with the care they are provided. Her goal is to make sure each patient understands the cause relating to their visit so they leave the office comfortable with the care they will receive.

As a former soccer player, Dr. Riley loves the sports medicine aspect of podiatry.  Each year she volunteers at the NYC Marathon and enjoys helping runners with sport related injuries.

Dr. Riley is an active member of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, and American Society of Podiatric Surgeons.

In her free time, she loves to run, paddleboard, and travel with her friends and family. Originally from Pittsburgh, her heart is now in New York, but she will always be cheering for the Penguins!
